Location: Pickering (meeting location)

Number of positions: 1-2

Work Hours: Full-time; hours vary by season – Ideally, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Pay: $35,000 – $50,000 (Salaried)

Own Transportation Required: Access to vehicle and clean drivers abstract

Education Required: High School/GED (or equivalent) required at minimum

Number of Years of Previous Experience Required: Previous general labour or team lead experience

Main Responsibilities:

·        Oversee and manage a small team of workers that perform daily tasks to maintain and upkeep a group of property locations as well as perform the regular duties of a Labourer, which may include:

·        Completing daily tasks in an efficient manner, such as: trimming, mowing, blowing, garbage collection, and seasonal tasks like salting and shoveling

·        Working on seasonal property maintenance projects, such as: building a fence or retaining wall, tree and stump removal, and asphalt and parking lot repair

·        Attending training sessions on tasks and use of equipment

·        Stay on top of knowledge and continually improve skills

Team Lead responsibilities include:

·        tracking time and attendance of workers

·        assigning daily tasks

·        training workers in tasks and safe use of equipment

·        monitoring workers and properties, ensuring 360BES quality standards are maintained and upheld

·        monitoring project timelines and reporting inconsistencies and discrepancies to VP of Operations

·        responding to any client concerns and inquiries regarding properties your team is responsible for

·        maintaining good rapport with clients and property owners

·        building team moral and comradery

·        upholding and modeling 360BES values and work ethics

Job Requirements:

·        Ability to do physically demanding work

·        Must be able to lift 40 lbs.+ repeatedly

·        Arriving on time for scheduled shifts; reliable to be available for unscheduled shift (shift flexibility required)

·        Maintaining good rapport with clients and property owners

·         Motivated to work hard independently and as a team with a positive and professional attitude

·        Coachable and willing to learn

·        Must follow health and safety polices including wearing PPE

·        Steel toe work boots required
