Main Responsibilities:
Greeting guests and responding to queries.
Changing bed linen and making beds as Marriott brand standards.
Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap, Sweeping and mopping floors, Vacuuming carpets, Dusting and polishing furniture..
Cleaning public areas & corridors.
Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
Updating status of guest rooms on assignment sheet.
Returning and restocking cleaning cart at shift end.
Job Requirements:

Hotel strictly follows – commitment to clean program, detailing all COVID protocols & measures. Wearing masks is mandatory & all employees are trained & familiarized with COVID protocols.
High school diploma, preferred.
Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience in branded hotels required
Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
Flexible working hours, ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
Physical mobility and stamina, Ability to follow instructions.

Education Required:
A secondary school diploma (preferred)
Number of Years of Previous Experience Required:
Previous hotel-related experience (desired) minimum 2 years required as room attendant in any hotel
Describe the Ideal Candidate for this Role:
Physically able to stand on feet for 8 hours, able to lift a weight of 10-15 kg, able to bend with no back problems & no allergies.
