Location: Oshawa

Work Hours: Full-Time, Weekdays (40 hrs./wk.) – Monday – Friday 9 am – 4 pm
Pay: $18/hr.

Main Responsibilities:
· Booking and modifying appointments
· Manage scheduling and follow-ups with clients
· Enters data and information in standard programs (credit card info., etc.)
· Organizes office; provides social interaction

· Good communication skills and attention to detail
· Someone who is willing to grow in role (likes to learn)
· Need someone for long term — intent to stay in role
· This reception role will evolve into financial planning — applicants need to want to learn the administrative side of the business and then be trained intensively on the financial planning, bookkeeping and advisory side of it
*Candidates must consider themselves to be exceptionally motivated to grow in the financial planning and advisory industry and be willing to take all relevant courses and workshops — emp. will sponsor candidate and prepare them for career success
