CBC recently followed one of Canada’s foremost potters on his journey through sustainability during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Many people are shifting in ways that they might not have imagined at the before the pandemic started.
Bill Reddick is a reknowned Canadian Potter. His beautiful custom dinnerware dishes reside at Rideau Hall and are used for Canadian official state dinners with world leaders, including for individuals such as President Obama.
When the pandemic hit, his studio stopped churning and he was left without a means to create income.
Re-thinking his options, he turned to a forgotten interest in cake making.
He has transferred his love of making pottery to the love of making cakes and is not looking back. Watch the CBC segment.
