Program Manager Position Available
The Durham Region Unemployed Help Centre, an Employment Ontario Service Provider, is hiring a Program Manager to collaborate with the Co-Executive Directors in leading the organization into its 40th year, maintaining our dedication and high level of service to assisting unemployed or underemployed individuals to meet their employment goals, and assisting employers in meeting their hiring and training needs.
The Program Manager will manage Employment Ontario – Employment Service Programs and participate along with the Co-Executive Directors in Human Resource functions for DRUHC including: recruitment and selection, training and development, organizational development, human resource planning, new employee orientation, performance management while ensuring compliance with all employment legislation, program guidelines and agreements.
If you have a minimum of two years management experience, knowledge and/or training in HR practices & employment legislation; an understanding of labour market trends; an ability to problem-solve, plan & deliver programs, this could be the right position for you.
