This program focuses on the start and development of skills for careers and opportunities within high demand industries including STEM, entrepreneurship, Software Development, finances and many more. Through this program we offer stem and entrepreneurship courses, mentorship, job shadowing and networking.

Our goal is to see all participants transition into the workplace or into further education in one of these industries. Knowledge is power and can be a key to many doors and opportunities. We want to support Black youth in opening and securing as many doors and opportunities as possible.
