Black Girls Empowered 2022

The Congress of Black Women of Canada, Ajax/Pickering Chapter is hosting a one-day “Black Girls Empowered” workshop. This upbeat, fun workshop will explore, embrace, and value what it is to be a Black preteen and teen. There will be presentations and break-out sessions that will include hands-on activities and chats with a self empowerment focus. “Girls are never too young to be inspired!” For girls who self-identify as Black, in grades 6-9 (ages 11-15)
