Team Leader – Cleaning Services

Number of Years of Previous Experience Required: 1 year management experience is ideal;

1 year cleaning experience is required.

Start Date: ASAP

 

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

• Working supervisor duties includes delegating duties and providing supervision of each Team Member
• Deliver quality, efficient and courteous residential cleaning service
• Perform all duties in an honest, safe and secure manner in strict accordance with Sole Proprietor or Entity Name policies, cleaning system and procedure
• Evaluates Team Member performance and provides recommendations to management regarding promotions, transfers, or dismissals
• Provides training to new and experienced Team Members when necessary
• Responsible for daily reporting including but not limited to customer complaints, payment collection, time keeping records and vehicle mileage
• Responsible for the reporting of any issues to management such as mechanical problems, delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations

 

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

• Driver’s License (G) required to operate company vehicle
• Physically agile and willing to keep up with hard and demanding labour (kneel, climb, balance, crouch, carry backpack vacuum, reach below, at, or above shoulder level, hand-wash surfaces, scrub walls, floors, and various other surfaces)
• Ability to operate vacuums and other cleaning equipment
• Ability to do repetitive work and constantly operate cleaning materials
• Supervisory experience and/or demonstrated supervisory potential preferred
• Ability to comprehend and follow routine directions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to maintain positive attitude
• Superior customer service, leadership & interpersonal skill
• Knowledge of business and management principles involving leadership, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
• Ability to stand and/or walk continuously
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs
