General Labourer – Renovation Assistant
Location: Durham Region
Number of positions: 1-2
Work Hours: Full-Time, Weekdays, 9 am – 5 pm
Pay: Full-Time, Weekdays, 9 am – 5 pm (36-40 hrs./wk.)
Start Date: Immediately
Own Transportation Required: No, but Class G License required
Main Responsibilities:
· Full-spectrum residential and commercial construction business; work entails all aspects of home renovations including jobs such as framing, drywalling, tiling and flooring, demolition and site clean-up, etc.
· *Candidates who can operate a skid steer and/or excavator will start at higher pay rate
Job Requirements:
· Class G License
· Quality workmanship and able to work independently while with a small crew
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (physical dexterity)
Number of Years of Previous Experience Required: 0 (but experience an asset and reason for higher pay rate)
