Administrative Assistant
Location: Oshawa
Number of positions: 1
Work Hours: Full-Time, Weekdays (40 hrs./wk.) – Monday – Friday 8 am – 4 pm
Pay: $20/hr.
Benefits (Yes/No?): Discussed at hire
Certificates Required: Not (but relevant trade experience an asset)
Number of Years of Previous Experience Required: None required (but could be an asset)
Own Transportation Required: No
Start Date: Immediately
Main Responsibilities:
· Booking and modifying appointments and billing
· Managing service scheduling and follow-ups with clients
· Enters data and information in standard programs
· (Microsoft Office Word and Excel – Basic QuickBooks)
· Organizing office — physically and in terms of files Liaising with team members and clients by appointment only; provides pleasant interaction
· Planning invoicing and document collection; maintaining small database of job postings, etc.
