Main Responsibilities:
• Assess broken, worn and dysfunctional elements of building – diverse, close and comprehensive inspection of location
• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
• Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
• Possibly source and purchase necessary repair equipment and related product
• Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
• Perform minor repairs on appliances
• Use of power tools and machines such as industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers; polishing machines; security system; carpet cleaning machines
Job Requirements:
• English Fluent
• WHMIS (employer will pay for)
• Driver’s validity license check

• Vehicle supplied by employer
• Valid driver’s license

Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00/hr. (skills, experience dependent)
Education Required: Grade 12
Certificates Required: Employer will sponsor Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS)
