Main Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Meet sales targets
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
Job Requirements:
- OTL license preferred but not necessary for interview (must be able to obtain)
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Diligent and hardworking
- Proactive in problem solving
- Ability to work in a team environment
Pay Rate: $35,000 – $50,000 + commission (dependent on experience)
