Main Responsibilities:
- Answer phones / emails
- Accept and process work orders
- Assist customers over the phone/email and in-store with various needs
- Assist with office project management duties (i.e. planning and scheduling)
- Assist with other administrative and office duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and friendly office environment
Job Requirements:
- Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
- Strong command of the English language (written and verbal)
- Strong computer literacy skills (i.e. Microsoft; Outlook; Excel etc.)
- Project Management skills are essential – willingness to take on office management duties (i.e. contacting 3rd party contractors for permits; payroll; employee schedules
Education Required: Grade 12 (ideal)
Certificates Required: N/A
Number of Years of Previous Experience Required: Experience is an asset

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 depending on experience
