Main Responsibilities:
- Local pickup and delivery. GTA through Hamilton
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Manual loading/unloading
- Safe handling of cartons, skids and other miscellaneous materials
- Knowledge of pump truck usage and tailgate
- Geographical knowledge to plan logistics of getting to clients’ locations
- Non-reliance on the GPS System and a strong understanding of the city
Job Requirements:
- Must have driven a commercial vehicle for a minimum of three years
- G Driver to start
- Over 25 years old (insurance)
- Read, write and speak English
- Clean Drivers Abstract which needs to be brought to the interview
Education Required: High School
Certificates Required: G Driver’s License
Number of Years of Previous Experience Required: 1
Pay Rate: $17.50 to start
+$0.50 increase after 3 months
+$0.50 increase after 12 months
