Main Responsibilities:
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Manual assembly
• Sort, inspect, pack parts
• Wash, deburr parts
• Operate basic metal working equipment and machinery
• Prepare material for shipment
• Measure and examine parts for conformance to company specifications and quality standards to ensure that company and quality requirements are met
• Execute daily work instructions received from Supervisor in a timely manner
• Complete all production and quality control documents as required
• Ensure work environment remains safe, uncluttered, clean, and well-maintained by performing janitorial duties throughout the shift as time allows
• Report all problems and product nonconformances to your supervisor
• Other duties as required
Job Requirements:
Ability to use basic precision instruments for measuring e.g. micrometer, calipers, protractors.
Weight Handling: Able to lift 35 pounds
Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour
Education Required: Secondary (high) school graduation diploma or GED
Number of Years of Previous Experience Required: one
Previous Experience Required: 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
