Location: Travel across Oshawa, Peterborough, Belleville, Cobourg
Number of Positions: 1
Hours of Position: Part Time position (25-30 hours per week) Mon to Fri
Pay: $22/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Number of Years of Previous Experience Required: 1 year commercial driving (preferred)
Main Responsibilities:
-Daily route in Cargo Van
-Pick up and drop off product at each CCS Ontario location
-Sort packages by location
-Ensure accuracy in product delivery
The Night driver picks up and delivers product to the CCS Industrial branches in Cobourg, Oshawa, Peterborough and Belleville daily. Product is loaded into truck in Cobourg then delivered to Oshawa; unloaded then product loaded again to be taken to the other branches. Each branch has an unload and load – mostly by hand.
Job Requirements:
Must have valid G Class driver’s license.
Must show clean drivers abstract
Must be physically able to lift bulk (50 lbs)
Able to work independently
The Afternoon Shunt Driver must be physically able to load and unload the vehicle, with box weights up to 55lbs. Deliveries occur daily to all Ontario CCS branch locations (Monday through Friday).
