Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the office
- Manage all front desk responsibilities
- Forward email inquiries and phone calls to team members
- Hold team members accountable to deadlines that are approaching
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Data entry (ie. Invoices, receipts, payments)
- Communication with clients, sub trades, and suppliers
- Assist with health and safety
- Organize staff and office social events
Job Requirements:

- Ability to multitask, flexible and adaptable to change
- A willingness to be cooperative, assist others, and take on new responsibilities
- Computer skills in Microsoft office
