Customer Service Representative
Location: Oshawa
Number of positions: 2
Work Hours: Full-Time, Weekdays (40 hrs./wk.) Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm
Pay: $19
Benefits (Yes/No?): after three months health & dental
Start Date: Immediately
Education Required: High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred
Number of Years of Previous Experience Required: 0 to 2 years
Main Responsibilities:
· Apply knowledge of the organization, product services, and policies to provide a variety of customer support through mail, telephone, and direct personal contact
· Process orders and assignments
· Enter data into the computer system
· Reference pricing and delivery information
· Perform word processing assignments, filing, and related clerical duties
· Respond to customer questions, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously
· Set up new records and maintain existing records
· Perform word processing assignments, filing, and related clerical duties
· Process all necessary paperwork in preparation for auction day, securing necessary approvals
· Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
· Able to communicate effectively with customers
· Ability to function well as part of a team
· Basic computer skills; MS Office, etc.
· Professional and clean appearance
· Positive attitude and work ethic
· Clean Criminal Reference Check
· Good Time management skills
· Ability to work independently
· Clear communication skills
· 18 years of age or older
